A high performing senior executive in the pharmaceutical industry looked to Liz to help him develop greater executive presence and gain recognition as a strong strategic contributor within his organization. A senior leader in the consumer products industry sought coaching to become a more effective communicator in her dealings with her manager, direct reports and business partners. Working with Liz helped her gain greater awareness of what she was projecting and provided her with straightforward tools for refining her style of engaging others. Several senior leaders were introduced to a major hospital system with a recent history of significant turnover in leadership.
