A high performing senior executive in the pharmaceutical industry looked to Liz to help him develop greater executive presence and gain recognition as a strong strategic contributor within his organization. Through coaching, he learned to balance his operational expertise with ‘big picture thinking’ and an intentional focus on developing and empowering his people. This provided him with much-needed time to focus on his strategic vision and engage key stakeholders in the process. As a result, he gained greater respect and influence among his peers, business partners and manager, all the while enabling tremendous growth and heightened engagement of his team. By the conclusion of the coaching engagement, this executive experienced – and projected – far greater confidence in himself as a leader with a strong standing in his organization.


A senior leader in the consumer products industry sought coaching to become a more effective communicator in her dealings with her manager, direct reports and business partners. Working with Liz helped her gain greater awareness of what she was projecting and provided her with straightforward tools for refining her style of engaging others. In so doing, she was able to project a much-appreciated sense of urgency to her manager, while inspiring commitment from her team and partnership with colleagues. Several senior leaders were introduced to a major hospital system with a recent history of significant turnover in leadership.
